1969 Porsche 911 Front Seats ~FOR SALE~

We have a set of 1969 Porsche 911 front seats for sale…$1500. The seats are both in relatively good condition. We would recommend you have the seats recovered and some foam work done. The pivots are in good shape as well as the chrome. The chrome is worn but not heavily pitted. The lower pans are in good shape as well. We have a 1969 that we were planning to do a complete restoration but there are just have to many projects in the shop at the moment and need the space. I am writing this as a somewhat mechanically knowledgeable car owner who was sick and tired of being ripped off by shops that put profit margins before customer service like other service centers. The aforementioned shops, in my opinion, are in the business of pushing through as many customers and short service jobs as possible to balance out the ridiculously high overhead it takes to run a shop like that. These are the kind of shops that will charge you a full hour of labor to install a Saab Direct Ignition Cassette (book-time), which takes literally 4 bolts on the top of the engine, 4 minutes, and an electrical connector. No, I've never paid to have such a service done, but I have seen some ridiculous service quotes that made me want to deflate the service manager's tires on the way out.
